Credenz Tech Dayz(CTD) is organized by the PICT IEEE Student Branch annually, in the even semester, to coincide with the IEEE membership drive. CTD brings with it a gusto that is portrayed in the form of seminars by esteemed industrialists. These seminars provide a platform wherein the students are exposed to the latest innovations in technology. They also get an opportunity to interact with experts from the industry, thus giving them further insights into and helping them to develop their skills in the technical field. Many seminars were organized as a part of CTD’19. Experts from companies like IDEA Cellular, Airtight Networks, Tech Mahindra shared their knowledge with us. The seminars on “Robotics”, “Android App Studio” and “Gaming and Related Technologies” drew deep interest from the students, while those on “Wifi and IoT” and “Telecommunication unfolding” were also immensely appreciated. The seminars on areas like “3D-printing” and “Big Data” shed light on concepts heard by all but known to very few. A seminar on “start-up” was useful for learning more about how a business is initiated and works.
